08.25.10 -CCA Staff Departure Announcement

The CCA wishes to inform the cycling community that Julie Hutsebaut, the Para-cycling Coordinator, will be leaving her position in mid September. She will be taking up a position with the Canadian Paralympic Committee.

Julie has played a formative role in the recent development of the Para-cycling program and has supported the National Team at international events, including the recent Para Road World Championships in Baie Comeau, QC where Canada won seven medals.

“The CCA has benefitted greatly from Julie’s energy and efforts with the Para-cycling program. We know she will make a significant contribution to para-sports in her new position and wish her well”, said Greg Mathieu, CEO of the CCA.

A competition for the position of Para-cycling Program Coordinator will begin immediately.
